The Gift of Pain

Finding Inspiration, Freedom and Empowerment

Pain-physical, emotional spiritual or psychological-prompts questions such as; Why me? Why now? Why this? What is its purpose? Pain is a wake-up call to seek deeper answers, whether it is felt as a sharp or chronic physical pain, a whisper in the night, or a deep excruciating assault on the soul. In this workshop we will examine where we are feeling stuck in our pain, how to become unstuck and how to live our lives more authentically. We will learn processes that will assist us in converting our pain into meaningfulness and co-creating a life that we love. From this interactive workshop you will learn:

  • To recognize your gifts

  • Become aware of areas in your life where you feel stuck

  • Remove blockages that are in the way of allowing you to be your True Self

  • Learn how to convert pain into meaningfulness and growth

  • Co-create the life you love
